Clear from the start.

How are agencies billed?

You pay one monthly or yearly subscription for your agency plan. Each client business is covered by your plan's client slots and does not pay Trivu separately. How and how much you charge your clients is up to you, outside Trivu.

What features does each client business get?

The features of the plan your agency plan names: Grow on Agency Start, Scale on Agency Pro and Business on Agency Scale. Each client has its own customers, cards, programs and team, separate from your other clients.

Will my clients see the Trivu brand?

Your clients' cards and sign-up pages carry no “Powered by Trivu” and use each business's logo and colors. The dashboard is Trivu's: for now we do not offer a custom domain or a dashboard under your brand.

Can I move a business that already uses Trivu into my agency?

Not yet. For now client businesses are created from the agency. If a client already has an account, write to us and we will see how to help.

What happens to my clients if I stop paying?

Client businesses pause while your agency subscription is inactive, and their data is kept. They work again when you reactivate your plan.

Is there a free trial for agencies?

Yes: 14 days free, no card, with up to 2 client businesses so you can try it on real cases. When you subscribe you get your plan's full client slots.

What if I need more clients than my plan includes?

You can move to a larger agency plan. If your book is bigger than Agency Scale, write to us and we will tailor it.
