What is a digital loyalty card?
It's the phone version of the paper stamp or points card. Customers open it in the browser or save it to Google Wallet, and your team scans it to add and redeem.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. They register with your poster QR and get the card in the browser. They can add it to Google Wallet; Apple Wallet is coming soon.
How much does it cost?
From $9.99 a month (Start plan). Try it free for 14 days with no credit card. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes.
Do I need special hardware?
No. The scanner runs on any phone with a camera. If the QR won't read, every card has a short code to type.
Does it work in El Salvador and Latin America?
Yes. Trivu is in Spanish and English, bills in USD and works in any country with internet.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You manage and cancel your subscription from Billing; your data is kept if you change plans.
